CBS The Young and the Reckless Spoilers have a few more spoilery ideas to share, so step right up, grab a seat, and settle in. With the ice storm seemingly over, Genoa City can begin to get back to normal. Or as normal as it can given the people living there.
The networks and writers love to torture us in and out of the show with their brief teasers for their episodes, but that’s where we get to have some fun. In this case, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is supposed to leave her comfort zone. While that could mean several things, CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers wanted to focus on a couple of possibilities.

Nikki helps Sharon or herself
This is a but unexpected, especially given that Nikki and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) aren’t going to run into each other at the hospital since Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) isn’t there anymore. Still, there is the hope that she holed up at the Newman Estate at some point in the storm after failing to get to the hospital, but that seems unlikely since she hasn’t been shown there yet.
Still, it’d be possible for them to cross paths at some point in the near future. The question is, will Nikki become a mother hen to Sharon, especially in light of her own illness.
Another possibility is she’s forced to leave Victoria be and focus on herself. That’s never been her strong point when her family’s involved. In this case, she may be forced to accept the help of her loved ones, including Victoria who may work herself ill again.
Then there’s the new billionaire in town. Or would that be the newly reclaimed billionaire?
Devon begins to rebuild
Since losing his money, Devon Hamilton (Bryant James) has been on a quest to prove himself, but he’s been treading water more than not. He was struggling to figure things out and find his way, but fates seemed against him.
Now, thanks in large part to his money being found and returned, he’s ready to turn his attention to rebuilding his empire. While he’s driven and talented, and it feels like he may dive right into that endeavor like opening the new clinic, he’d be best served by finding out why his money was taken, and who is the mystery person behind the scenes that may have had a hand in it.
While ignoring one for the other isn’t ideal and could show weakness to whomever is out there, assuming Devon actually has an enemy, he’ll probably focus on one more than the other.
