Right now, there is one clear faction running WWE – and that’s The Bloodline. Holding the WWE Championship, WWE Universal Championship, Smackdown Tag Team Championships and RAW Tag Team Championships – the Roman Reigns led faction are one of the most dominant groups in WWE history. Another faction which is rising in popularity is the Finn Balor led Judgement Day, which was originally formed by WWE Hall of Famer Edge. They hope to find their way to The Bloodline someday, with Damien Priest wanting a piece of the Tribal Chief.
Damien Priest Hopes The Judgement Day Can Get To Same Level As The Bloodline
While speaking on The Five Count, Damien Priest would be asked who he’d want to face in WWE – he’d mention The Bloodline. Priest had the following to say.
“There are a crazy amount of names when you think about the WWE, it’s the best of the best, you have the best talent in the world and all these larger than life names and character. It’s hard to pick one over the other, but it’d be a lie if I didn’t say at some point, we need the Judgment Day and the Bloodline to get in there and mix it up. I want my name to live forever. I want the fame and the fortune and the stardom that comes with being the main WWE superstar. I have to do that, I have to run through Roman Reigns. That has to happen. At some point, I’m sure it will, we’ll cross paths down the line. That’s always a thought in my head. Before it’s all said and done, me and him need to square off. We need to handle some business together, I know that’ll be great when it does happen. We need to get The Judgment Day up to that level first.”
There would be easy history between Roman Reigns & Finn Balor for WWE to build on in this feud, with Reigns having slayed The Demon at Extreme Rules 2021 to defend the WWE Universal Championship. Balor has previously defeated Reigns in WWE, including in his main roster debut on the path to becoming the first ever Universal Champion.
