‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to kick off a new episode with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
There are plenty of people in the giving and receiving mood in Genoa City, and it’s going to make things pretty fun for a while, especially give what some of the gifts could be. Without further ado, let’s dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, December 22: Retuning favorite!
The return of fan favorites will continue as Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will surprise Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).
It’ll be a shock for Daniel, but a welcome sight for many fans as Danny’s long been a favorite and his return shortly after his son’s is going to make a few headlines as we wonder what he has in store for Genoa City.
More than just stirring things up, it’s going to be fun seeing Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)’s reaction to Danny being back, and it’s possible he and Daniel will help ground Phyllis.
She definitely needs some serious grounding after losing her head in her quest for revenge. But while they could be the key to saving her, it’d be a long, hard road.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, December 22: Special surprise
After setting up a red herring where it’s implied Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) could take Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) to see Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) to finally end the threat, we don’t see that happening.
While it would be a surprise Christmas gift for Diane if he’d then leave her alone, nothing is ever that easy.
So, we expect her surprise to be Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) popping in with Harrison to celebrate Christmas.
It’ll make this a great family moment as they’ll have fun and enjoy the holiday together for the first time.
Or course, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers could be wrong. It wouldn’t be the first time, but we think Stark will be kept busy as Jack promised.
We don’t think Jack will take him to the cabin, but he may take him to the airport or even some place where some ne’er-do-wells will be waiting to ensure Stark doesn’t return to Genoa City.
The latter is a stretch, but given the danger Start presents, it’s possible Jack may go to the dark side to protect his family.
