David Dayton Brown, Robyn Brown‘s son, reportedly resides in an RV outside of her home, according to Sister Wives star Paedon Brown. In a video interview posted on John Yates’ YouTube channel on January 11th, Paedon, 24, was questioned about if Robyn, 44, evicted Dayton, 22, from her house because he disobeyed Kody Brown’s Covid-19 guidelines.
Kody, 53, made the implication that Robyn wanted to keep Dayton close to home when he mentioned how his rigorous Covid-19 regulations had damaged his ties with his kids Garrett and Gabe Brown. Paedon confirmed: “For some reason, Dayton is definitely out in an RV outside of Robyn’s house.” He added, “I, really, really, really, really hope that she learns how to cut the umbilical cord because he is an incredible guy.”

“Dayton is an incredible brother and an incredible person and his mother tried to be a protective mother – all props to her for trying to be a protective mother,” the TLC personality continued. “Never threw him out of the nest.” “I really hope he learns how to fly without being pushed out of the nest,” Paedon continued.
Robyn has three children from a previous marriage: Dayton, Breanna, and Aurora. She legally wed Kody in 2014, and the patriarch of the Brown family adopted her three children. The couple later welcomed son Solomon and daughter Ariella. In a January 11 YouTube video, Paedon’s sister Gwendlyn Brown also discussed Dayton’s living situation. “What I know about this is he may or may not be doing the kind of thing that Garrison was doing, where he has an RV next to it,” Gwendlyn, 21, said of Dayton living on Robyn’s property.
“So he kind of feels independent. I’m pretty sure that’s what he was doing for a hot second.” Fans were alarmed when Dayton, a person with autism, didn’t appear on Sister Wives season 17; this prompted Paedon and Gwendlyn to make their remarks. There were rumors that he had returned to David’s home. Gwendlyn was the first to affirm that Dayton was indeed residing in the RV, though.
Robyn revealed Dayton‘s autism diagnosis in a blog post on My Sister Wife’s Closet in January 2018. “When Dayton was little, he struggled with balance, coordination, and knowing how to use his body. When he was excited, he would flap his arms and jump around the room,” she explained of his early childhood. “He would sit for hours setting up cars around the edge of a table or lining up his dinosaurs according to size. If anyone messed any of it up, he would fall apart.”
While he was in the second grade, Dayton’s teachers approached Robyn about wanting to do tests on him. “This was when I was told that Dayton has Asperger Syndrome. I was told it is a high-functioning form of Autism,” the mother of five wrote.
“It made sense to me because although he was amazing, he also struggled with some things quite a bit. He was artistic, intelligent, had an amazing memory and a sweet disposition, but he also really struggled in school, didn’t understand how to make friends or how to deal with stress, and didn’t have a mind-body connection.”
