The former model from Brazil first showed up on the franchise when she went to the U.S to get married to Patrick Mendes. Patrick, a past heavyweight lifter, encountered Thaís when he was attempting to learn Portuguese on a dating application.
Subsequently, Thaís and Patrick tied the knot. Yet, long after Thaís had been featured on the show, there were still some of the cast members that made fun of her looks.
As a result, Thaís put up a self-portrait in monochrome on her Instagram stories and discussed the criticism she receives for her big eyebrows.
The post was captioned by the following words: “Ladies who don’t have hair on their eyebrow. You don’t have to like anything, I’m the one who uses it and I love it and that’s what matters.”
Recently, Thaís admitted that she had undergone a microblading procedure on her eyebrows, and plans to have it removed. Not only that, but when Thaís was expecting, her changed looks were triggering theories that she had gone through plastic surgery.
People were claiming that Thaís had received fillers to her face, as well as her cheeks and lips, and was labeled as a gold digger. They alleged that she had utilized Patrick’s money for improving her appearance.
Despite the criticism coming her way, Ramone let everyone know in no uncertain terms that she was embracing her appearance moving forward, regardless of the criticism that may come her way.
Her following comments confirmed as much: “I loooove thick eyebrows. I think it’s beautiful. It’s super trendy.” As long as Ramone is happy, then that is the most important thing to remember.
