The roster for the upcoming WWE 2K23 has been making the rounds and one omission that has fans guessing is Bray Wyatt. The WWE 2K games go into development early the year prior to its release and as we know Bray wasn’t on WWE television at the time of development.
Will Bray Wyatt be in WWE 2K23 as DLC – the 8-Ball Says “Most Likely”
Basically, he was a non-factor during the development process but his return in October 2022 and how involved he has been in WWE beckons his inclusion. So, will he be in the game at all? With all the legend DLC and new roster additions, signs point to “yes.”
The only notable reason for him to not be in the game at all is that he came back a bit late. I mean, they’re still fixing stuff with the a few weeks left on the clock. If he’s in as DLC, he was probably included late last year during the finishing stretch.
Speculation that he will be in the game also comes in the form of a Twitter user finding an Easter egg in the WWE 2K23 teaser that pointed to The Fiend being in the game. The other teaser was for Bad News Barrett who hasn’t had a WWE match—or a wrestling match—since April 2016.
That’s one we’ll have to wait and see but Bray Wyatt seems like an obvious pick for a DLC addition. WWE 2K23 drops March 17, 2023.
