‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers are all set to end the week on a high note, but things won’t be all sunshine and rainbows for everyone in Salem.
It’s going to be rough sledding, but it looks like there are going to be a few storylines that’ll go sideways for some of our favorites before everything’s said and done. Without further ado, let’s dive into some spoilery goodies!
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, March 10: Given his notice
Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) has had a rough few days, and having his purpose at Titan wiped out in a cost cutting move by Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) didn’t sit well with him.
But, he listened to Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein)’s advice and made another bad decision by calling Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) to circumvent Maggie instead of winning her over.
We totally understand Alex’s dilemma as new bosses have a habit of not listening to their employees early on as they’re trying to prove they deserve the position, and this is no different.
However, instead of accepting Maggie’s decision and try to win her over to his way of thinking, Alex crossed a line and it’s going to cost him.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers expect this to be a hard lesson as Maggie will come close to firing him, but she may decide to give him a second chance.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, March 10: Yet another broken heart
At some point, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will stop opening her heart to the hope that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) will accept her again, but that’s not happening any time soon.
She’s going to face another heart break when she apologizes for kissing him and he’ll explain that he’s not in a place where he wants another relationship right now.
It’ll be hard for her to hear, and even harder with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) chirping in her ear about it, but she’s got to take a step back and give him whatever time he needs.
Of course, there’s every chance she’ll want to do that until Leo starts trying to help her again.
He cares about her and wants to help, but he doesn’t know any speed but full speed ahead and that’s going to cause some more issues between Gwen and Xander before everything’s settled.
Another thing that’ll needle Gwen is how Maggie and Xander are still so close and he got the interview so easily.
It’ll give hope that he could one day leave her for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) again, and Gwen won’t want that to happen.
