Steffy is one person who can see clearly that Hope is catching feelings for Thomas. There’s also someone else who can see through Hope – and that’s the son she shares with Thomas, Douglas.

It is very easy for the audience to figure out what’s going on in Hope’s mind and her heart. Even Steffy can see it. But what about Douglas, who is just a child? Even though Douglas is only a little boy, viewers can agree that he seems wise beyond his age.
Will he see that his mum is beginning to feel for his dad again? Douglas has always been the one that can figure out what every Forrester and Logan family member is up to, but can he see when romance is in the air?
It is very unlikely that such a young lad will notice Hope’s feelings for his dad, especially when does her best to show everyone that she loves Liam.

Some viewers however believe that Douglas will figure out that his mother is developing feelings for his dad. The truth is, if he does, he will use this to his advantage.
Douglas will manipulate the situation and push his mother closer to his father. Even though he likes Liam, Thomas is his biological father, and he would want his parents together.
