CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers here with spoilery goodies that take us away from the Newman drama for a short time. Or at least part of an episode. Kinda feels like we’re being cheated and forced to suffer as we wait, doesn’t it?
But there are other storylines worth just as much airtime, and we’ve neglected Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) long enough.

A new supporter
It appears Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is going to step in and add to Sharon’s already solid support team. He’s been dealing with his mother’s deteriorating mental state and health, and that could give him an insight the rest of her support system doesn’t have.
Sharon’s main concern, aside from having cancer, it what it’s doing to her family and friends. She’s tried to be strong and weather the storm, but it’s taken an emotional toll of her. She’s only started to let people in, but despite her best efforts she’s been crumbling.
This is where Jack and offer his best support and insight from the point of view of the family member taking care of an ailing individual. He can help her understand everyone understands and can deal with it as long as she’s honest with them. He may even be able to convince her that her refusing their help is doing more harm to them than not. It may add to her burden at first, but it’ll lessen as time moves on and the weight she’s carrying is distributed more evenly.
Summer and Kyle up to no good?
We’ve been waiting for this storyline to begin, and CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers expect Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)’s efforts are going to go to a really dirty place given their hatred of Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson).
What they could have up their sleeves could be as simple as spying on Theo to either steal or try to improve his ideas. And this is where things could backfire for them.
Theo’s been trying to find dirt he can use on Kyle for a while, and his spy could catch them in the act and report it to him. He could then hand the news over to Jack to see where things go. Maybe Jack promotes Kyle because he used all assets available to him, or he could give it to Theo since it was supposed to be between the two of them, not a third party. Or he could make them work together on it without Summer or other outside help.
