‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re set to get the ball rolling in a new week with some spoilery goodies to share.
This could be Dick Van Dyke’s last episode, so his mystery will be wrapping up quickly, and there’s plenty of other surprises in store for us so let’s dive into some spoilers!
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Monday, September 4: Black Patch is on the case
In an effort to help Salem’s new mystery man, Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall) will bring John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve Johnson (Steven Nichols) into to help learn who Dick Van Dyke is and to find his son.
From what we’ve seen, this may be Dick Van Dyke’s final episode, so we expect Black Patch to work quickly.
“Days of Our Lives” Spoilers have little doubt that he’s going to be John’s father. They teased that pretty heavily with some of the references when he talked with Marlena, and it should be fun to see play out.
Of course, this looks like they’ll be rewriting John’s past a little bit since his father’s identity was learned a while back, but maybe they’ll work it in some way to explain it.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Monday, September 4: New job offer
Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) has a job he comfortable with, so we’re curious what kind of job he’ll be offered.
One that comes to mind isn’t a pleasant one, and that could come from EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).
We think it’s possible that since EJ is on the warpath to take out Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) that he’ll approach Xander to do the job.
He’ll look at it like he’s giving Xander a chance to make up for his hand in Susan Banks (Stacey Haiduk)’s death and may even offer him a comfy job at DiMera.
If this is what’s planned, we hope Xander doesn’t take it. But it won’t surprise us if EJ has some kind of blackmail to told over Xander to force him to do the job.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Monday, September 4: Surprise return
In a cool twist, Theresa Donovan (Jenn Lilley) will surprise Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) by showing up at his door and that should kick off some fun exchanges.
Since she’s another of his baby mommas that won full custody from him, we expect he’ll try to recruit her to help him get his daughter back once the surprise and pleasantries are over with.
We don’t see how she’ll be able to help much, but since Brady is viewing everything as a way to get his daughter back (aside from therapy), it wouldn’t surprise us if he’ll want Theresa to be a character witness or some other way that’ll backfire.
