WWE Friday Night SmackDown continues. Backstage Sasha Banks hugging it out with Bayley and talking up how she beat Charlotte. Bayley acts defensive like she didn’t think she could do it, but then reveals she was kidding and the hugging it out continues. We now have mixed tag team action and it’s a pretty big one too. Dolph Ziggler and Sonya Deville out here to face off with Mandy Rose and Otis Dozovic.
Otis & Mandy Rose vs. Dolph Ziggler & Sonya Deville
Mandy and Sonya starting out. But nope Otis wants Dolph so they tag out quick. Dolph wants a takedown, Otis tosses him away. Ziggler rushes in but Otis hoists him up, spins into a big powerslam! Charging avalanche splash! And already we’re looking for the Caterpillar but Dolph rolls to the ropes to force some separation! Tag to Sonya. Mandy comes in, Deville quickly rams her into the corner and shoulder thrusts her until Rose explodes from the corner with a thesz press! On the outside, Dolph and Otis keep fighting, Dolph drives Otis into the steel steps! Mandy goes out to check on Otis as we go to commercial.
As we come back, Sonya has Mandy in a bodyscissors. During the break, as Mandy was checking on Otis they were being counted out but Otis told her not to worry about him and get back into the ring – but that’s where Sonya caught her with a charging knee. Back live, Sonya has Mandy in the corner where she batters her. Mandy with a huge right hand! Roll up for a 1 count. Sonya with a thrust kick to the gut, drags her by the hair. Mandy wants a tag as Otis is back up but Sonya is grinding her fist into her face. Headlock, Mandy fights up, jawbreaker. But Sonya with a back kick to Mandy’s chest. Now a roundhouse kick! And a second one! Scything shots. Hits the ropes, Mandy stops her with a pump knee!
Mandy kicks Sonya away and makes the tag! Dolph comes in as well, Otis plows through him, Pancake, corner charge gets a back elbow but he drives him right back into the corner for a big avalanche! And now he wants the Caterpillar yet again, Dolph is rolling around though, makes the tag to Deville forcing Mandy back in. Mandy with a series of clotheslines though, big forearm! On the outside Otis dives on Ziggler, Mandy with a biel, running high knee! Then a sliding knee for a nearfall. Sonya fights back, trips her up, driving knee to the back of the head gets the win. Otis was busy wrestling with Dolph on the outside.
Winners: Sonya Deville & Dolph Ziggler
As Otis is checking on Mandy, Ziggler surprises him with a superkick!
