CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers here with the throwback spoiler for the midpoint of the Celebrity theme week. This episode aired on February 27, 2007 and starred the one and only Betty White as Ann Douglas, mother of Pam Douglas (Alley Mills) and Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery).
It’s a fun episode where we get to see some of Betty White’s savvy and fire to bear when she’s confronted by Stephanie for not finding a new place to live and moving out yet.

Soap operas are well known to recycle their story lines repeatedly. In fact, every show, movie, and book does so. There are only a handful of stories out there, so it comes down to how we change and put our own spin into them. The constant reuse of old stories are what helps to keep us entertained and coming back for more.
This one has most likely been used several times, as the Forrester guest house lends itself perfectly for this type of thing. All they need to do is change the characters and tweak the story a little and they’re all set, and we’re just as ready to watch them as they’re cranked out. As long as they’re not back to back, that is. It gets a little rough when they get lazy like that, but the stories can still be fun.
In this case, seeing Betty White and Alley Mills makes any story they use acceptable as they light up any screen they’re on. They’re both treasures that have given us countless memories over the years, so this is definitely a must see for CBS “The Bold and Beautiful” Spoilers.
Staying put
Stephanie has grown tired of Ann and Pam living in the Forrester guest house. Her reasons are many, but the most important one she doesn’t want to disclose is that her husband, Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Pam have been growing closer since the sisters have been living there. Of course, the fact Stephanie is a little on edge and challenging at times doesn’t help her cause.
Ann stands her ground, pointing out that she’s only there to feel a part of the family, and that Stephanie has done everything possible to keep Ann from hers. She then adds that Pam is more of a wife to Eric than Stephanie is, which is a pretty good way to win an argument.
CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers, love where this is going, and they don’t disappoint as Stephanie argues with Eric over Pam and Ann being there. She wants them gone, but Eric refuses, saying they will stay in Los Angeles and at their home as long as they wish. Of course, Pam overhears the fight and feels emboldened going forward.
Once back in the guest house, Ann informs Pam that Stephanie is damaged goods and makes Eric suffer by being in the same house with him. She also points out that Eric would be better off with someone else, someone like Pam.
And there we have it. Ann goes in for the kill, but what will Pam do?

Still, it’s a fun showing with two of the greats, so it’s definitely a must see episode.
