CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers here with some throwback spoilers foe day two of Romance Week. As theme weeks go, this isn’t a surprise as they’ve delved into this previously, but these episodes look like some real fun ones.
Coming to us from June 6, 2001, this episode features Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) sweeping Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) off her feet by taking her to a faraway land, and Isabella Williams (Eva Longoria) works some of her magic to try and keep Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) away from Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell).
In the end, some plans work and some had unforeseen circumstances. Which is which? Guess we’ll have to read on.
Trip of dreams
When it comes to romantic getaways, CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers have learned bigger is often better when it comes to our favorite shows. But there are moments when we see something we can relate to and potentially borrow for our own recreation or amusement. In this case, Nic did everything right as he found a way to give Sharon the experience of a lifetime.
After dressing in Arabian costumes, Nick and Sharon enjoyed a feast in a luxurious tent that Nick had arranged for. It was decorated in the finest, as we’d expect, but had an air of comfort about it that’s sometimes missing.
Of course, there are always musicians, and a group of them arrive and serenaded the couple as they relax. But in true dream-like fashion, Nick and Sharon lost themselves in the moment and each other and danced into the night.
Tricky arrangements
CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers love those moments when we know something is going to blow up in someone’s face. There’s a feeling in the air, and it always happens when a character gets a little too comfy or cocky. Or when they’re just dumb enough to think they’re untouchable.
Isabella’s antics fall into one or more of those categories, but we’re not going to judge. Instead, we’re going to sit back and enjoy the ride.
Since Isabelle and Paul live together, one has to wonder why Christine would call the apartment instead of trying him at the office and setting up a day and time to talk, but then we would miss out of some fun.
As hinted at, Christine called Paul’s apartment but Isabella answered. Paul was, of course, in the show. The timing couldn’t be more perfect, and Isabella decided to have some fun. Isabella taunted Christine about her staying with Paul, which pushed all of Christine’s buttons.
When Paul appeared, he took over the phone call and things went downhill from there. Christine was obviously upset after speaking with Isabella, and the call devolved into one of their difficult ones before Christine hung up on him.
Paul then turned to Isabella and told her that for the benefit of his marriage, he had to find her another place to stay.
It’s safe to say Isabella didn’t take too kindly to that, but that’s a story for another day.
Until then, check with CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
