WWE Raw returned and Randy Orton cut a promo asking about thinking back about moments in the past that may have changed a life. He listed some of his matches and joining Evolution, but those weren’t what he was talking about.
The moment he meant was 175 days ago when he swung a steel chair down on Edge’s neck. He commented on how he made a lot of friendships he thought were etched in stone.
But they’re not. They’re done with and gone. Edge, Christian, and Big Show all helped save him from himself, and he’s confused how the moments when he hurt them and others why he felt so good doing so.
He promised he will punt kick the Big Show and end his career.
Christian Interview
WWE Raw came back with Ron Simmons talking with the Viking Raiders backstage, but we couldn’t hear what they were saying. Guess we have a surprise for later on.
After a recap of The Big Show and Orton’s rivalry over Orton’s recent actions, they interviewed Christian via satellite.
When Samoa Joe asked how he’s doing, and Christian admitted he didn’t expect Orton to use Ric Flair like he did, and said he’d never look at them the same and he doubted he’d ever be the same again.
Christian said he doesn’t feel good, but would endure every second of the pain again if it meant Orton gets what he deserved.
He can’t wait to see the Big Show to knock Orton out Cold.
Riott party
We switched to an interview with Bianca Belair and she was asked what we can expect next.
Belair cut an awesome promo before Peyton Royce interrupted and lectured Belair about her choice in partners.
Riott arrived and mocked her with a really bad Australian accent.
Royce admitted Billie Kay was elsewhere, and talked trash about Liv Morgan, which almost set Riott off.
Belair separated them, then mocked Royce.
Peyton Royce vs. Ruby Riott
Peyton Royce was indeed alone, but Ruby Riott came out alone as well so this could prove interesting.
Royce chose to mock Riott, and it resulted in Riot hitting with a spear before Royce turned the tide with a knee.
A clothesline led to near pinfall, and Royce looked irritated that Riott kicked out.
Royce maintained control, but she kept talking smack about Riott not having any friends and giving Riott every chance to strike back.
Royce tried to pin Riott by holding onto the ropes, but the referee made her break it up and Riott nearly rolled her over for the pin.
Riott then hit with her Riott Kick and pinned Royce for the win.
