CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers here with some fun spoilers goodies that’ll rock Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s world and leave us wanting more.
Coming to us from April 2, 2004 is too close to April Fool’s for our comfort, and CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers feel this would’ve been a perfect opportunity for Victor to think someone’s messing with him.
Of course, this is going to be one of those episode where we’re going to want to see what happens next, but we’ll just have to wait.
In the meantime, we get to see Victor shocked to silence, and that’s not something that happens too often.

The plan
We feel this is a great time to fill anyone in that isn’t sure what’s going on. To put it simply, this is the result of an Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) plot.
Yep. She couldn’t live without Victor, so to help her mental state to remain stable, she had some of his sperm stolen and artificially inseminated herself.
The result was Abby Newman (Darcy Rose Byrnes), and Victor hasn’t a clue she’s his daughter. For now.
In fact, Ashley agreed to let Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) tell Victor the news.
Of course, the odds are high there’ll be some Nikki spin put into that.
It’s kinda funny how no one seems interested in how Victor will react to the news he has a daughter he didn’t have an active role in making.
This would’ve been an awesome moment we could still see at some point.
Things kids say
Speaking of awesome moments, Victor hasn’t been having many of those lately and things aren’t going to get better in the near future.
He does find a brief moment of joy sitting with Abby while Colleen Carlton (Lyndsy Fonseca) took a phone call.
It’s something that’s good to see, because Victor is one of the kindest people around as long as someone’s not trying to screw him over.
Besides, it’s fun watching Victor bond with anyone, but especially his daughter. He just knows how to talk to people.
It’s a rare trait that few seem to have anymore, and it makes listening to him all the more enjoyable.
He finds common ground with Abby, saying he understands why she’s shy and that he’s so kind because he cares deeply for her mother.
And here is the moment of truth.
The calm, gentle moment is shattered when Abby tells Victor that she saw her mother on TV saying Victor is her father.
Victor will be stunned, to say the least.
