WWE Smackdown Results and Recap headed backstage once again and to the trainer’s room where the trainer had put a knee brace on Jeff and told him as long as he can tolerate the pain, he’ll clear Jeff to compete.
Elsewhere, Sonya Deville was approached by Kayla and was asked if she had a response to Mandy Rose.
Deville said what she has to say, she’ll say it to the entire world and she didn’t look happy. This has got to be difficult for her, but she’s pushing on.
We’re so happy she managed to avoid any confrontations and can attempt to move on. However, getting back to the action…
Dana Brooke approached her to offer her support, and Deville said it’s nothing she can’t handle, then slapped Brooke and called her disrespectful.

Sonya Deville’s challenge
Sonya Deville came out to the ring following the commercial break, but she stopped on the ramp and demanded they cut the music.
She said she heard Mandy, but says it’s because many’d second guessing her challenge which is what she expected her to do.
She demanded to know what Mandy wants, because they’re going to have to face each other at some point.
She then said they should up the stakes and said it’s a no disqualification match and the loser leaves the WWE.
She said she realized that she’s tired of looking at Mandy’s face.
Nikki Cross’ thoughts on Alexa Bliss
A recap of Alexa Bliss, Bray Wyatt, and Braun Strowman’s recent history followed.
It was followed by Nikki Cross sitting in a chair being interviewed.
She said on Tuesday when they spoke, Alexa seemed off. She said she acts and talks like Alexa.
The Alexa she knows and loves is warm and caring and funny, but that person isn’t Alexa Bliss and it scares Cross.
She said she has a feeling that something terrible is about to happen.
This was a great job by Nikki to portray her fears, and it really helps make the upcoming events all that more exciting.
This is one of the best storylines WWE Smackdown Results and Recap have seen in a while, and it’s going to be a shame when it ends.
