WWE Raw Results was all set for the match when Black attacked Owen from behind while he was heading to the ring.
We returned with the match underway, and wens caught Black with a kick and clothesline off the ropes. Owens hit with a senton bomb and then pounded on Black for a few strikes.
Black flipped over Owens in the corner and then swept Owen’s leg, and continued focusing on Owen’s left knee in a crunch type of submission.
Owens kicked his way out of the hold, then flipped Black over the ropes and to the floor.
Owens then thought about going over the top rope, but his injured leg wouldn’t let him.
Black took out his legs and continued working on Owens’ left leg.
Black hung Owens’ leg up in the corner and kicked it, dropping Owens to the mat.
Owens hit with a right to buy himself some time. When Owens went to pick him up, Black dropped Owens in a leg bar, but Owens got to the ropes to break the hold.
Black then stomped on Owens, and when the referee backed Black away Owens hit with a superkick.
Owens stumbled in the ring and the lights flashed as Black was about to finish it.
Owens used the distraction to hit a stunner for the win.
Backstage again, McIntyre was taping his wrists when Lee attacked him before Pearce separated them, threatening to cancel their match and the match at Clash of Champions.
The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan) vs. Lana and Natalya
Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax joined the commentary team.
Don’t blink, this will he quick
Natalya jumped Morgan as soon as the match began, and it didn’t take long for them to get some good shots in, but Morgan knocked Natalya of the apron, then crawled under Lana to tag in Riott.
After a double team, Riott pinned Lana for the win.
After the match, Baszler and Jax went into the ring and talked smack with the Riott Squad as they headed up the ramp.
Baszler and Jax then turned their attention to Natalya and Lana.
Baszler threw Natalya into the ring post, then sent Lana out to Jax on the floor, and Jax Samoan Dropped Lana through the announcer’s table.
Raw Underground – Braun Strowman and Dabbo Kato
Strowman continued to dominate as he finished mauling another opponent before Riddick Moss went in for round three.
While Strowman face Moss, Ziggler attacked him from behind, but it didn’t work too well as Strowman stood with both of them on him and tossed them off before slamming Ziggler to end it.
Dabbo Kato entered to challenge Strowman, but Shane stopped it, saying this will happen next week.
