It is expected that The Fiend will likely be challenging for the WWE Championship at some point in the future. The Fiend will likely to continue to play mind games with Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre, but what could that mean for Alexa Bliss?
WWE News: Alexa Bliss Has Important Role
It has almost seemed as though Alexa Bliss is the mouthpiece for The Fiend over the past couple of weeks, as she was the one that led The Fiend to Orton this past Monday night. The Fiend certainly is benefiting from having another superstar alongside him, and there are very better in this role than Bliss. She has gone to a new level over recent weeks, and her sheer presence has immediately boosted the stock of The Fiend once again.
Bliss will likely play a continued role in the ongoing storylines involving The Fiend, and that could unintentionally land her in the firing line of Orton, as the Viper looks to engage in the mind games. It will be an interesting turn of events to see Orton attack Bliss just to see whether The Fiend comes to her rescue like he did when she was attacked by Braun Strowman.
WWE News: Bliss To Challenge Asuka
The most logical scenario will likely see Bliss and The Fiend both challenging for the top titles on Raw, which could mean that we see Bliss and Asuka facing off. It has been a while since Bliss last held a singles championship, but there isn’t much longer that the company will be able to hold her back. She is comfortably one of the most engaging stars on Raw, and with a women’s division that is lacking star power on Raw, Bliss could be the one to challenge Asuka.
Asuka’s title reign has fallen flat as there are limited superstars on Raw that could realistically challenge for the gold. Zelina Vega and Lana were both given title opportunities recently, but it never seemed believable that they would be able to beat the Empress. However, it would be a different story with Bliss standing on the opposite side of the ring.
