This should be a good one and WWE Smackdown Results have been waiting all week for it.

Crews hit with a dropkick and a big boot for a pin attempt right off the bat.

    Dude wasted no time.

Crews then headed to the top ropes but had to roll through when Big E rolled out of the way. Big E then caught him with a reverse elbow when he charged in.

Big E dragged Crews to the apron and hit his splash on the apron, then slid into the ring.

Big E went for a back suplex, but Crews rolled off his shoulders and hit a kick and a couple of ax handles before shoving Big E into a corner and hitting a couple of shoulders.

Crews hit a splash and then a Tree Amigos for a pin attempt.

Big E rolled to the floor and Crews leaped over the ropes onto the apron, then hit a moonsault on Big E.

They rolled into the ring and Crews went for another pin attempt, then put Big E on the top rope after he kicked out.

Crews hit a superplex and then it looked like Crews pinned himself by keeping his shoulders on the mat when he hooked Big E’s leg.

    Round 2

Back from commercial, they were still trying to explain what happened, and both men’s shoulders were down.

The referee called it a double pinfall and a draw, meaning Big E kept the title and it started a heated debate between he and Crews.

Crews slapped Big E, and the match started anew.

Big E hit a trio of belly to belly suplexes and then a Big Splash. Crews fought out of the Big Ending and headed to the apron.

Crews hit Big E with a knee through the ropes and followed it with a splash from the top rope for a near pinfall.

Crews rolled Big E up for a pin attempt, then hit a pair of kicks and a spinebuster and standing moonsault for another near pinfall.

Big E tried to lock in a stretch submission Crews broke free of with a kick, then countered a Big Ending with a step up kick.

Crews countered a sit out powerbomb and planted Crews with a one armed powerbomb and finally hit the Big Ending for the win.

Not bad for two matches, but this felt like they were rushing through it.

    Pearce’s dilemma

Backstage, Pearce was on the phone saying he’s unsure what to do, then welcomed Sonya Deville back.

She said she’s not proud of what she did and said, and wants to put the past behind her. She doesn’t hold Mandy Rose responsible for what she did and wants to help.

She pointed out how Pearce put himself in a match tonight, and when he said he didn’t she asked him why not.

He pointed out he hasn’t had a match for six years and couldn’t beat a referee, much less Roman Reigns.

    Bayley and Belair exchange words

Alyse Ashton interviewed Bianca Belair about her announcing her entrance into the Royal Rumble, but Bayley interrupted her before she could start.

Bayley asked how many she eliminated last year, then pointed out she was eliminated because she had to add to her historic championship.

Bayley said it doesn’t matter how many Belair eliminates because she’ll still win.

Belair pointed out she won’t face her after she wins because Bayley is no longer the champion, and that she squandered her championship opportunity.

    Carmella calls out Sasha Banks

Carmella was backstage and said her champagne was sweet, just like defeating Sasha banks last week.

She said she would be the first to commend her for being the top wrestler of 2020 in Sports Illustrated, and pointed out it comes more naturally for someone like her.

She made sure to point out that when it comes to pure talent, Banks can’t touch her.
