‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers are all set to open the week out in style as we circle back to recycle some old storylines.
It’s always fun to open a new stretch of episodes to get a week going right, and it looks like we’re in for a couple of history moments.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, February 8: Here we go again
Nothing says history to ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers like restarting an old feud because things are borderline listless in the story telling department.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has been against everything Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) stands for, and it looks like he’s going to find something to give him every reason to target Billy again.
The reasoning could be a thousand and one things, but ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are going with Victor being upset over Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) being upset.
There’s no doubt that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) told him about Victoria’s current struggle, and Victor will want Billy to stay away from her.
Of course, Billy will refuse because he will want to see his kids, and we’re pretty sure he’ll mention how important family is and things will go downhill.
Of course, there’s always the chance they won’t meet face to face in this episode, in which case we’ll just get to watch Victor do his typical ranting about Billy Boy Abbott.
To be fair, Victor always thinks he’s in the right, even if this will probably drive his daughter further away from him.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, February 8: Kyle’s turn
After Summer Newman (Hunter King) has been throwing out taunts about her past to everyone when she’s near, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) finally has something to neutralize her.
Unfortunately, it’s going to catch Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) since it’s about his illegitimate daughter, and that’ll push him into a corner.
The irony is that he’s been telling Summer not to use her information for that reason, but he may have a change of heart.
Of course, we don’t have any sympathy for him since he was a partner in Summer acquiring her information about Summer’s past.
Still, this could make things awkward as he’ll wonder where she got the information, and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will be the immediate thought.
Sally may find herself caught between Kyle and Theo’s private war when all she wanted was a fresh start.
