‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set for an interesting relationship building episode and some spoilery goodies to prove it.
A good soap opera needs relationships to build the drama, so we’re going to get a couple moving forward. Where that’ll take us… well, we’ll just have to see.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, May 27: Lily and Billy move in
With their relationship moving along at a nice clip, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think the pair are going to move into their new home and make it official.
This should be a touching segment as Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) enter the final process of moving in together as they figure out where things will go and so on.
Of course, there’s going to be plenty of flirting and talking about the future when they take one of their many breaks to catch us up on what’s happening and what they’re thinking.
Things are going too smooth for them, so we’re willing to bet something going to happen in the next week or two that’ll rock them, and we expect it to be courtesy of Victor Newman (Eric Braedon).
It’s standard operating procedure, and it’ll be nice to see them get some quiet time in before things pick up and they’re scrambling.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, May 27: Growing alliances
It’s impossible to talk about relationships in Genoa City and not mention the potential power couple in Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
They’ve been comfortable with each other since their first meeting, and since they’ve been growing close bit by bit.
They’re going to find more common ground in this episode and we think it’s mainly going to be over life as parents.
Victoria will tout Billy as always being there for her and their children is she needs him, and vice versa.
Ashland won’t have such high opinions of his wife, and may asked Victoria questions concerning Billy as he’ll be looking for a way to attack Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
We doubt Victoria will give him anything useful and tell him the truth that Billy hasn’t bothered dealing with Kyle since they don’t get along.
Assuming Ashland will believe her or already know that answer, their talk will turn elsewhere as they’ll continue bonding and plant some seeds for some future frolicking.
