Hello and welcome to WWE Smackdown Results!
This should be an interesting night with two championships on the line, so let’s get ready for some action!
Roman Reigns started the show off by coming out to the ring with Paul Heyman flanking him.
He laughed at a chorus of “Roman Sucks!” chants on the PA system, then said he’s always been very direct about how he’s feeling and he wasn’t happy last Friday.
After council from Heyman and a week to think over it he changed his mind on the Uso’s tag team championship opportunity. He’s a giver and allowed it to happen.
He then called out Jimmy Uso for saying they’re going to win, and said then he’d better win. He then asked for his wise man (Heyman) to bring him his cousins.
Jimmy and Jey Uso came out as their music played.
Jey showed Reigns respect, and Reigns told Jimmy it was his job to acknowledge him, and Jimmy said he did in the last HIAC and tonight is about the tag team championships and making the family proud.
Jey seemed to side with his brother in this, and Reigns wished them good luck. Jimmy called the shot like he does, but he gets the job done.
He reminded them their whole family is watching this and bring him the tag titles when it’s done.
Smackdown Tag Team Championship – Rey and Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. The Usos
Jimmy and Dominik started it off, and after Jimmy hit a shoulder block Dominik hit a dropkick and arm drag.

Rey came in and Dominik power bombed him onto Jimmy.
Jey tagged in and they hit a double elbow for a pin attempt and a backbreaker for another pin attempt.
Rey hit a leg scissors takedown, and Jey hefted Rey into the rope for Jimmy to hang him up for a pin attempt.
Jimmy choked out Rey on the bottom rope and Jey hit with a cheap shot, then tagged in and they double stomped Rey.
Rey slid to the floor and Jey followed and dropped Rey on the barricade before throwing him into the ring.
Rey knocked Jey off the apron and sent Jimmy out of th erring with a head scissors. Rey tried a sliding splash but Jey caught him and Samoan Dropped him on the announce table as we headed to commercial.
Dominik lucks out once again
Back from commercial, they back in the ring and Jey was stomping and choking out Rey in their corner. Jimmy hit an axhandle off the top rope while Jey held Rey across his knee for a pin attempt.
Rey fought free and sent Jey into the corner with a drop toe hold, but Jimmy tagged in and prevented the tag. Jey came in and hit a diving headbutt on Rey.
Jimmy missed a splash attempt, and Rey managed to fight free by kicking Jimmy as jey flew under him and into the ring post.

Dominik hit both Usos with a splash over the top rope and hit jey with a crossbody off the top rope for a pin attempt, and hit a neckbreaker on Jimmy.
Dominik hit a tornado DDT but Jimmy kicked out. Jimmy caught Dominik on the top rope, and Jey tagged in and they hit a double team Samoan Drop for a near pinfall.
Dominik ducked a double superkick and pulled the rope down to send them to the floor.
After hitting Rey with a superkick, Dominik had a chance but Jimmy hit a superkick on his 619 attempt.
Dominik got his knees up to counter Jimmy’s Uso Splash and rolled Jimmy up for the win. Jimmy got his shoulder up but the ref was on the other side and didn’t see it. Totally robbed.
Reigns wasn’t pleased and told Heyman to bring them to him and WWE Smackdown Results can’t wait to see how this works out.
Jimmy told him his shoulder was up but Reigns didn’t want to hear it because they lost to a child and ripped into them about failing.
He added the only thing he cares about is there’s still time left in the show for them to correct this mistake. He wants this fixed tonight.
