Following one of the best pay-per-views we’ve seen, Impact Wrestling Preview is sent to dive into the Against All Odds fallout to see what the future of Slammiversary’s main event is and more.
BTI (Before The Impact (Daivari vs. Jake Something
As usual, tonight’s action gets started early on BTI (Before the Impact) and this week we get to see Daivari face off with Jake Something.
It’s been a while since Daivari last stepped foot in an Impact Wrestling ring, so will he begin his return with a win? We’d like to say yes, but Jake’s been on a roll and we expect Daivari to be the next step.
There’s always a chance for some kind of interference, but we don’t think that’ll happen this week.

Black Taurus w/Crazzy Steve and Rosemary vs. TJP w/Fallah Bahh
Black Taurus will attempt to put Decay back on track after their title attempts were swept aside at Against All Odds when he faces TJP.
This should be a great match. At least, it should be before Moose comes down and lays waste to TJP and possibly Decay, according to this weeks promo video.
We’re going to call this No Contest due to the promo video, but if the match isn’t interrupted we think Black Taurus will nab the win. It’ll be fun to watch whatever the outcome.
Tenille Dashwood w/Kaleb with a K vs. Rachael Ellering w/Jordynne Grace
Jordynne Grace’s attempt to silence Tenille Dashwood fell short when Rachael Ellering’s attempt to help her backfired, so now Rachael and Tenille will square off to balance the score.
We see this going one of two ways. Either Rachael wins and Grace is more furious that she didn’t, or Grace will try to help and it’ll backfired but Racheal will somehow steal a win.
Either way, we think the end is near for Grace and Rachael as a tag team.
Josh Alexander vs. Madman Fulton w/Ace Austin
After Madman Fulton took out the field during the 5 way #1 contender match at Against All Odds, he’s going to have to face the sheriff and Josh Alexander isn’t happy.
Since becoming X-Division champion, Alexander has carried himself as a fighting champion while promoting honor and integrity, and now he’s out to show Fulton the error of his ways.
This is going to be a tough match for Alexander, especially if Fulton is as motivated as he was at the special.
In the end, we expect Fulton and Austin to be too much for Alexander, but Alexander will make then earn it.
Satoshi Kojima vs. Rhino
After facing two of Violent By Design in his first two matches in Impact Wrestling, including pushing Joe Doering to the brink, Satoshi Kojima will face Rhino in one on one action.
This match has a cool stipulation that if Kojima wins, then he and Eddie Edwards get a title shot against the VBD for the Impact Tag Team Championship.
Kojima came close last week, and we think he’ll pull the win out against Rhino to set up a fun tag match.
We may be biased, but Impact Wrestling Preview would love to see Kojima and Edwards as Impact Tag Champions.
Steve Macklin’s Debut
Steve Macklin will make his Impact Wrestling in ring debut tonight and we’ll finally get a glimpse at what he has in store for us. This if going to be fun and we don’t want to miss it.

The Future of Sami Callihan and Slammiversary’s main event
This is the moment we’ve been looking forward to since Saturday after Sami Callihan was fired following Don Callis using the AEW Tag Team Champions, The Young Bucks, to ambush Moose and help Kenny Omega retain the Impact World Championship.
With the executives at Anthem getting involved, we have a feeling this means bad things for Don Callis and his firing of Callihan will be reversed and he’ll find himself on the end of a termination.
Or even better than firing Callis, a stipulation for Slammiversary that if Omega has any help or cheats in any way he’ll automatically lose the championship.
Sounds fair, right?
What do you think will happen tonight? Let Impact Wrestling Preview know your thoughts on the matches and what the future holds for Callihan and Callis in the comments below.
