‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set with some shiny new spoilery goodies to share, and it looks like Genoa City is going to prove more interesting than normal.
Of course, this is going to involve a tough choice that’ll mean Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will be miserable one way or another, and our thoughts on this may be surprising.
To balance this out, we’re going to see a pretty cool and touching segment between Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) as they grow even closer in their relationship.

It’s been pretty fun seeing Amanda and Devon grow closer over the last couple of months through Devon’s unending support, and the tables are about to be turned.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think Amanda’s going to be the one to offer Devon some comfort and support as he shares his concerns and frustrations about Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).
He may even be having some thoughts about having his own children, and it could open up another door in their relationship.
If it doesn’t frighten Amanda off, things will get interesting if they go this route.
But that’s putting the cart before the horse, so we think this will mainly be Amanda supporting him like he did her, and it’ll help bring them even closer.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, July 29: Jack’s choice
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has warned Jack and tried to come between him and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) before, and now that she’s achieved her goal after sharing the video.
Jack’s going to be furious, but he’s going to give Sally every chance to explain herself.
This is one of those times where we’d normally expect Sally to run off a string of lies, but we think she’ll be completely honest with Jack.
She’ll explain how she set the job up for Summer in case things went sour due to Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner)’s interference (okay, so there may be some lying involved).
Jack will probably see through it, but in the end we have a feeling he’ll forgive her. He’ll see she’s been trying to be a better person and may realize she’s been doing it for him.
This would definitely be a twist as most don’t want to see that happen, but it’d be a fun one.
