    WWE Raw Results (8/23) – Riddle w/Randy Orton Defeated AJ Styles w/Omos by Pinfall

    WWE Raw Results returned as John Morrison said this is the end of Miz and Morrison and he’s going to end it next week.

    Riddle was in the ring to celebrate RK-Bro’s Raw Tag Team Championship win, and he recapped his run with Randy Orton.

    He then kicked off the party by introducing Randy Orton.

    This bit was hilarious as Orton looked pained at the balloons and Riddle singing his theme song to him and all of this after Orton told him not to do anything stupid.

    Riddle them had the ring announce them as new tag team champions and fireworks went off at the stage while Riddle danced around and Orton didn’t look impressed.

    Riddle brought out a scooter with tassels he made for Orton. He showed him how to open and close it, and proclaimed Orton as his best friend and bro.

    AJ Styles music interrupted them and he came out with Omos and Styles didn’t look happy.

    Styles told Omos that Orton got a scooter for him to break across his knee, then pointed out Orton didn’t get him anything. Not even a hug. Orton looked like he had a headache.

    Styles said he’s got a Phenomenal forearm to knock that smile off Riddle’s face and will keep beating Riddle until they get their rematch and said he’s do it right there and then.

    Riddle accepted his challenge and promised to beat him with an RK-Bro.

    AJ Styles w/Omos vs. Riddle w/Randy Orton

    Riddle went for a rollup out of the gate, and then he took Styles down from behind, and then countered Styles’ attempt that forced Styles to grab the ropes.

    Styles hit a couple of rights, but Riddle kicked him across the ring and out to the floor.

    Styles slipped into the ring and hit him with a kick, but Riddle hit a three gut wrench suplexes for a pin attempt.

    Styles pulled Riddle into the ropes, and slammed him into the corner, and then hit a flying forearm.

    Styles hit a sunset flip and rolled into a Styles Clash but Riddle countered it into a triangle choke.

    Styles lifted him up and the two of them tumbled over the top rope to the floor as we headed to commercial.

    Back from commercial found them both back in the ring with Styles in control and hitting a combination of strikes, but Riddle countered with a Pele Kick and a pair of running clotheslines and an exploder.

    A Broton and running kick led to a near pinfall.

    Styles and Riddle exchanged combination strikes before Riddle hit a German Suplex for a near pinfall.

    Styles hit a reverse DDT for a pin attempt, then a pump handle gut buster for another attempt.

    He readied to hit a Phenomenal Forearm, but Riddle caught him. Styles managed to fight free and rolled Riddle up in a Calf Crusher.

    Orton to the rescue

    Riddle managed to reverse it into a Bro Mission and Styles rolled him over for a pin attempt.

    Thanks to Riddle being focused on Omos, Styles caught him on the top rope. Omos then grabbed Orton and threw him across the floor as Styles hit a Death Valley Driver for a near pinfall.

    As Styles went for a Styles Clash, Orton attacked Omos with his new scooter and beat him down.

    Riddle hit a Bro Derek on a distracted Styles for the win.

    Styles came toward them and Orton tossed his title to Riddle and nailed an RKO on Styles and the champions posed in the ring.

    This was an awesome match and ending to the show as Orton went full face by removing Omos from the equation for Riddle to score the win and close this feud.
