’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Geoffrey Paschel Found Guilty On All Counts
On Friday, the Office of the District Attorney General Charme P. Allen in Knox County, Tennessee, announced via a press release that Geoffrey Paschel was found guilty on all counts. Judge Kyle Hixson revoked Geoffrey’s bond and ordered him into custody.

He will be sentenced on December 3, 2021. In June 2019, Police responded to a domestic disturbance at which point Geoffrey’s ex-fiancé, Wilson told authorities that she had been assaulted in her home by te 90 Day Fiancé alum.
Geoffrey allegedly grabbed his then lover by her neck and slammed her head against a wall several times. He also threw her to the ground and dragged her. Geoffrey allegedly took her cellphone and did not let her leave the residence.
She was later able to escape to a neighbor’s house after he fell asleep. Police officers reported bruises and abrasions on the woman at the time, and she was diagnosed with a concussion. Geoffrey claimed at the trial that Wilson’s bruises were self-inflicted. This happened before he appeared on TLC with his partner on the show, Varya Malina.

Now, Starcasm has reported that the Knoxville District Attorney General has since issued a statement tat says the 90 Day Fiancé alum’s prior felony convictions mean that he will spend a minimum of 12 years in prison “WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE!” According to the outlet, Charme Allen released a statement via Facebook early Friday morning. It also seems that prosecutors will be strongly pushing for him to spend more than 12 years due to his extensive criminal history.
When he was still on 90 Day Fiancé, viewers called for his removal when they found out about his past. Days later he issued a statement via Instagram addressing why he appeared on the show despite his “checkered past.”
“I have been repeatedly asked why I would EVER want to be on a show (the best show FYI) where my life would be put in front of everyone to pick apart—especially with my checkered past,” he began. “Well, guys, it is MY past. It is MY life. It is MY choice. If we were all the same: thought the same, looked the same, or acted the same, how lame would that be?” Well, it appears Geoffrey’s past will not remain in the past.
