Steven wanted him and Alina to stay in separate apartments so that they won’t have sex, but Alina refused when she realized that he would be with other women. After all, he asked her if he could date other women, and even though she said no, he did it anyway.

In episode 6, the Mormon told her about the dates he’d been on until a month before he flew to Antalya. Steven confessed during a romantic wine tasting date that he wasn’t a virgin, and the date turned sour.
A preview clip from The Other Way episode 7 shows Alina taking a large swig from her wine tasting glass. Steven asks her, “Did you just drink that wine?” and she scornfully asks, “Did you just slept with other girls?” The Steven admits that he has made out with “over a hundred.” He also said that he was “kind of more intimate” with over two dozen and slept with four or five of the women.

Alina was hurt that Steven isn’t as pure has he claims to be, then she asks about the last time he got intimate with “other girls“ and he told her, “Last October,” and she reminds him that they were dating at that time.
The Mormon said that it was the “beginning” of their romance and he wasn’t ready to commit to her, so he had a date and they ended up getting intimate while watching Star Wars.
Viewers felt bad for Alina and also admired her intelligence, but they feel Steven may be lying about the number of women he has been with so that he can look for desirable.
Some fans also noticed that Alina was amused because she probably doesn’t believe that her boyfriend is a player. However, whether he has been with a hundred or not, Steven cheated on Alina, and she may have to dump him as soon as possible.
