Following the match between Ciampa & Gacy, and the odd attack of Harland – Toxic Attraction would make their way down to the ring. Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne would attract all the attention in the Capitol Wrestling Center. Last week, they beat down Raquel Gonzalez – but were stopped by Io Shirai & Zoey Stark.
Toxic Attraction All Have Title Matches At Halloween Havoc
They weren’t satisfied by that beatdown, and Toxic Attraction need some matches – and they need gold sooner rather than later. The NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships, and at Halloween Havoc they get their shot. Mandy Rose is also looking to claim the NXT Women’s Championship at the event.
Gonzalez got lucky last week, and at Halloween Havoc her luck ran out. At Halloween Havoc, they will usher in a gold rush. She might not be the Golden Goddess anymore in looks, but can be in status. We’ll have to see if they can become the Undisputed Era of the women’s division.
Xyon Quinn Tears Malik Blade Down, Someone Intends To Bury Their Past And Start Again
Xyon Quinn has been taking on some tough competition in the past few weeks on NXT 2.0 – being one of the brands fastest up and coming stars. After defeating former NXT Tag Team Champion Oney Lorcan- the sky could be the limit, but tonight he’s got another chance to get a win tonight. Before this match could begin, we’d get a gimmick debut tease for Halloween Havoc, with someone intending to bury their past and start again.
Quinn would lock up with Malik Blade to start this match, unable to get much control. Blade would get caught with a big scoop slam, before being slammed into the corner by Quinn. Quinn is someone who can control a match despite still being fairly new to the ring. Blade would get some dropkicks to take Quinn down, before being dropped by a spinebuster and running forearm smash.
After the match, Bron Breakker would scare off Grizzled Young Veterans – because he wants Ciampa at his best. He potentially set up a tag team match for next week, with him & Ciampa vs. the former NXT UK Tag Team Champions?
