‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to dive into another character building episode with some spoilery goodies to share.
We’re going to get some more retellings of old storylines, but there’s a few fun possibilities coming our way in the next couple of weeks.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, January 13: Victor and Nikki at it again
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) are going to deal with another Newman civil war looming now that Victoria Newman (Amelia Newman) wants to buy Newman Media.
But what’s really going to cause the problems are if/when Victor decides to see and then have to explain to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) how the rug was pulled out from under him.
Even if he doesn’t we doubt Victoria will take kindly to being passed over in Victor’s attempt to show Adam support, and that’ll lead to more confrontations and problems.
We feel certain Victor will be the cause of his own headache again, and we’re semi-patiently waiting for his children to turn on him and oust him from power.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, January 13: Chelsea targets Sally again
Never one to let things to chance, Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) won’t waste an opportunity to push Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)’s buttons.
In this case, ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect it to involve the drinks she’ll be having with Adam later on. Assuming they’re still there and not moved to another place by this episode.
Of course, Sally could respond how she and Adam will be going to New York together, but we think it’s most likely she’ll try to contain herself and say she’s looking forward to New York.
If Adam tells Chelsea, it’s on him. If not, it’ll give her something to dangle over Chelsea if she continues to try to reclaim her territory.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, January 13: Ashland has his doubts
Despite Lily Winters (Christel Khalil)’s assurances and challenge, Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi) will have his doubts about Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)’s change of heart.
This could be the beginning of Ashland starting a feud with Billy to test him and prove he’s Victoria’s true chosen love.
Basically, we think we’re going to see the Locke Ness Monster become even more insecure than many of the show’s other characters and it’s going to be an interesting ride.
