However, Ben Rathbun is convinced that the Peruvian is God’s plan for him. TLC introduced Ben as a fitness model, but he has now shared that he works as the Director of the Michigan Lupus Foundation. The new cast member explained, “Fitness modeling is something I do on the side but very rarely nowadays. I could never make a living at that.”
He said that model needs to be symmetrical while he has “very asymmetrical” facial features which are not quite ideal for the camera. Ben added, “My ears are too big, my nose is crooked, I’ve got a droopy eye, my arms are too long.”

Ben says that he only works out three times a week and doesn’t take any kinds of supplements, “So I get absolutely no validation from modeling.
