Famous rapper, Kanye West has teased a possible future collaboration with shoe brands Nike and Michael Jordan in his most recent Ye Instagram post! He posted a black and white picture of the popular Air Jordan jumpman logo along with a screenshot of the son of former professional basketball player, Marcus Jordan saying that he want him and DJ Khaled to team up with his dad and the sneaker company in the future.

Marcus Jordan responded to Kanye West’s post, saying “Let’s make THAT convo happen. It’s a new year, new teeth, new stores, new watches, new whips and new convos.” The rapper’s caption for the Instagram post only included an emoji of two eyes looking forward, which means he may be looking into the collab.

Fans of Kanye West quickly took to the comment section to ask him about his post. One fan wrote, “YZY x JORDAN..?,” and another person said, “2022 year of collaborations let’s goooooo.” Someone also wrote, “yeezy just jumped over jumpman” and another commenter added that the stars involved in the possible collab were “stronger together.”
Since the rapper already has his Yeezy shoe brand with another famous brand, Adidas, a collab with Nike would definitely be unexpected. Kanye and DJ Khaled were recently together, dancing and recording in a studio and photos and clips were posted to the latter’s Instagram account. DJ Khaled also danced so hard that he broke his Jordan sneakers.
Another video showed DJ and Kanye West riding around in a Rolls Royce as they listening to the rapper’s song “Can’t Tell Me Nothing.” Kanye has a lot on his plate right now. If he is not in the news for his teases about collaborations, he is in the news for his highly-anticipated Netflix documentary, Jeen-Yuhs.
The father of four recently shared a picture that seemed to show the cover of the doc along, and in his caption, he said that he was waiting on “final approval” before it gets released. “I’m going to say this kindly for the last time,” Kanye West stated. “I must get final edit and approval on this doc before it releases on Netflix. Open the edit room immediately so I can be in charge of my own image. Thank you in advance 😊”
