‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday, February 2: Laura spills the goodies
While everyone’s been steeling themselves against Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) being Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller)’s sister, Laura Horton (Jaime Lyn Bauer) will destroy any hope that’s left.
Of course, it could be noted that Laura already destroyed that years ago when she wrote those checks to Gwen’s mom to protect Jack Deveraux (Mathew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain)’s relationship.
That’s ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers take on it, anyway.
We think Laura will explain that she was trying to keep Jack from destroying his relationship and family with Jennifer, and it makes sense given his past.
To be fair, forgetting or casting aside his family is something Jack would’ve done back then. Well, he did, so we’ll change that to could’ve.
While Laura unburdens her sins, Jack is going to get an earful and more from Gwen.
With their DNA tests proving their relation, Gwen will feel her fury fully renewed and she’ll tear into Jack for abandoning her and her mom.
Jack will be beside himself as he’ll want to try to make amends and find himself on the defensive throughout this ordeal, but we’re betting his patience will run out at some point.
But that could play him right into Gwen’s plans, and if so, it’ll make things really interesting going forward.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Tuesday, February 2: The trap is set
Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price (Sal Stowers) have been going crazy since their babies were taken, and now they’re a step closer to finally finding out what and why it happened.
Of course, they’re gambling on Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) having sold Dr. Amanda Raynor (Victoria Platt) enough that she’ll show up for their meeting.
While the plan appears to be apprehending Dr. Raynor, we expect things to go slightly wrong if/when Xander oversells his reasons for helping her or he simply scares her off.
It’ll force Eli and Lani to move in before they want to, and while we’re confident they’ll get their bad guy and move closer to recovering their babies, what if Dr. Raynor is hurt thanks to Xander?
This would put a huge crimp in their plans and would be the worst case scenario.
