‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re all set to dive into a fun set of weekly spoilery goodies.
It looks like this week’s main storyline will be Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman)’s movie as he’s going to dredge up some not so comfortable memories, emotions, and facts.
Nothing like ripping the bandage off artistically, right?
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Finding his cast
After announcing his movie’s a go, and we assume he’s gotten the backing he needs, Johnny will have lunch with Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens), Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams), and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold).

This gives us hope that they worked through everything and he and Chanel may be back to give dating a try, but that’s another story.
Johnny will not only announce his movie’s a go, but he’ll tell Allie that he wants her to play the lead role of Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney).
Allie will be shocked and unsure of herself, but everyone will encourage her to do it so we think she’ll agree.
Not a bad start, right? Well, it gets better.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Historical accuracy
To ensure he’s capturing his mom accurately, Johnny will want to get some things correct and both could lead to some difficult times for him in the near future.
The first will probably come up when he’s talking with Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall) about funding him, and he’ll tell her he wants to portray how Sami found out Marlena and John Black (Drake Hogestyn)’s affair.
John’s not going to act too favorably to this news and it could mean Johnny’s in for a rough ride, but he’ll already be getting into trouble with dear old dad.
At least we’ll get to hopefully see some flashback sequences? That’s ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers’ hope, anyway.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Sami’s true love
Johnny’s going to be less than tactful when EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) inquires about his movie and the subject of Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney)’s true love comes up.
EJ will immediately point out he was her true love, and Johnny will happily respond that role goes to Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo).
This should lead to another fun fight between father and son, as well as push EJ closer to that aneurysm that’s been growing since he booted Sami from the mansion.
On the flip side, he may start realizing how important this is to Johnny and at least pretend to support him. It’s doubtful but never say never.
