Selling Sunset duo, Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim are rumored to have gone their separate ways five months after they went public about their relationship. Jason Oppenheim, who is the owner of Oppenheim Group (a real estate firm) featured in the Netflix Series, and Chrishell Staus — a Real Estate Agent confirmed that they were dating back in July 2021.
Jason Oppenheim Speaks About His Decision To Keep His Relationship Private
Jason, who is technically Chrishell’s boss, when he spoke to US Weekly, explained that the decision to keep their relationship private at the time was Chrishell’s and he thought it was a good idea because “when a relationship is public, it puts a lot of added pressures and publicity and opinion.” He also added that the couple was comfortable with “that approach”

Chrishell, on the other hand, didn’t have plans of making the relationship public. It seems she only did when it looked like a lot of people knew, and she decided to go public with the information. Chrishell gave her reason for being private was the fact that she wasn’t sure the relationship with Oppenheim Group‘s founder would last long enough.
“It’s just one of those things. You don’t want to share with everybody and get all their opinions before you really know what it is.” The 40-year-old explained. “We really were private and secretive for as long as we could until we realized the walls were closing in and people were getting a little savvy to it.”
Chrishell And Jason End Their Romance
This split happened less than a month after the couple spent Thanksgiving together-where they volunteered at Los Angeles mission, Chrishell Stause was previously married to Justin Hartley until he filed for divorce two years later. This was featured in Season 3 of Selling Sunset where Chrishell mentioned that her ex-husband had asked for them to split up via a text message.
Details as to what could have caused the split up between Chrishell and Jason is unknown yet as neither of them have spoken concerning the matter.
