Jazz has not wasted any time in passing down her skills to the next generation. She has confirmed that her twin daughters have already begun training to become the next wrestling superstars.
Jazz Reveals How Her Twin Daughters Have Begun Training To Become The Next Wrestling Stars
In an interview with The Metro, Jazz revealed how she was not happy about the decision. After all, her husband Rodney Mack— who happens to be an ex-wrestler himself— had made the decision. She said: “I have 12-year-old girls, twins, and they’re training now! I wasn’t too happy about it at first, but they’ve been around it since they were six weeks old.
“In fact, I wrestled three months pregnant because I didn’t even know it – so I guess you could say they’ve been around wrestling all their life, right?”And by the sounds of it, Rodney did not need to convince Jazz that much. Naturally, so given that no one would have wanted the sole responsibility of denying their children the right to follow in their parent’s footsteps.
Not only that, how could such a decision be justified if the parents were doing otherwise. That is precisely what Jazz was faced with. She added: “That’s what Rodney told me. He’s like, “you can’t be a hypocrite! How [are] you gonna tell them they can’t wrestle and they see you doing it?” I’ve accepted [it].”
But the hard work has only just begun, as Jazz has vowed not to hand everything on a plate to them. This was expected given the hardships she had suffered from. She had been working tirelessly in the independent wrestling scene. In addition, her earlier passion for basketball was ended by a tragic knee injury.
As such, she had no choice but to leave college for work. That is why she is seeking to instil some toughness in her kids. She continued: “I can only guide them and leave them, but once they’re out on their own, they can only make their own mistakes, and they’ve gotta learn from ’em.” Time will tell whether her children make it into the wrestling world.
But one thing for sure is that they have the perfect example to follow. Let us know what you think in the comment section down below. Please also remember to stay up to date with the latest news on TheOvertimer. Don’t forget to visit Gamestingr for great videos, news, and gameplay!
