‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers have loved Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) since he arrived. He’s been a breath of fresh air following Ben Weston’s brooding presence, and it’s been fun to watch Alex’s growth.
Going from a player to a steady boyfriend can be tricky and he’s managed to trigger nearly every landmine one can, but he also had plenty of help.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) has done more than his fair share to win over Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), and since he knows the game he’s refused to come clean with her, choosing instead a vague “I think it’s best if I do this.”

Stephanie fell for it completely and thinks of Chad as a friend while ignoring his intense looks her way and ankle massages.
Alex knows what to look for as a former player, and he’s tried to clear the air, and then backed down when Stephanie misread the whole thing and ripped into him.
He placated her and it worked. Until he ignored Chad’s numerous calls about Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans).
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Digging his own hole
While ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers understand why he ignored Chad’s first call, the fact he called so often should’ve been a sign on an emergency.
After all, who calls numerous times back to back to back when it’s not an emergency?
Add in the fact Alex didn’t tell her Chad called numerous times because he didn’t want to ruin the mood is going to be the final nail in his coffin when she finds out.
He’ll try to explain it, but there’s no ground for him to stand on after Chad called numerous times and he didn’t say anything.
The fact that his actions prevented her from seeing her mom and telling her she loved her before Kayla passed away will be the power behind Stephanie’s wrath and we can’t blame her.
It’s going to be a great scene when it happens, but it’s also going to be a rough one with plenty of comfort food will be handed out.
Chad will be the attentive angel for Stephanie to rely on after she rips into Alex, and he’ll offer his own thoughts before he triumphantly walks off with her.
Sure, Alex will figure out a way to win her back. It may take Chad doing something for her to realize Alex was right about him all the time, but even then it’s a lot for her to forgive.
Now, when Kayla returns from the dead, things could be different.
