One of the biggest things that make the WWE Network worth the price of admission are their documentary like videos. Stuff like WWE 24, Chronicle and WWE 365 has been some of the best material WWE has produced in recent years, with the behind the scenes view of superstars being enthralling to watch. The best of the bunch is WWE 365. Camera crews will follow a superstar for an entire year, and document their ups and downs both inside the ring and out. One recently came out about Seth Rollins, and now there will be one airing soon featuring The Man, Becky Lynch. They wrapped up filming on January 30th, and the feature will likely track the historic year Becky Lynch had starting at Royal Rumble 2019.
A Career Defining Year For Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch had spent years as a fan favorite, but once she turned on Charlotte Flair and became ‘The Man’, her popularity went through the roof. This came to a pitch when she was able to win the 2019 Royal Rumble and earn her spot at Wrestlemania. Vince McMahon would muddy up these plans, and insert Charlotte Flair into the forthcoming match between Becky Lynch & Ronda Rousey.
This would result in it becoming a Winner Takes All triple threat with both and RAW & Smackdown Women’s Championship on the line. Becky Two-Belts was born that night, as she would pin Ronda Rousey in the main event of Wrestlemania. She would only hold onto both until Money In The Bank, when Charlotte Flair would reclaim the Smackdown Women’s Championship, but as of writing Becky is still the RAW Women’s Champion at a record setting 300 days.
When Can We Expect To See This?
It is a year that most can only dream of, especially for someone who at one point gave up on her dreams of wrestling. Being able to relive it from a whole new perspective, and adding in the touches of Lynch’s personal life will make for an incredible experience for viewers. It is currently unclear when this special will air. Filming has wrapped up, but anyone who has worked in media production knows that is the easy part. They have to edit together the piece and make a finished product. WWE likes to premiere specials like this after PPV events, so we could see it show up around the time of Elimination Chamber in March, or possibly even around Wrestlemania.
