For those who follow boxing, there is no bigger name than Tyson Fury. “Gypsy King” Tyson Fury produced a boxing masterclass to reign again as a world heavyweight champion after he pummeled Deontay Wilder in a recent fight. This makes 30 wins without a loss for him. Fury also stepped into a WWE ring for Crown Jewel last year, to face Braun Strowman. With a history in WWE, and being launched back into stardom with his latest win, will we see him back in action at Wrestlemania?
Who Could Tyson Fury Face At Wrestlemania?
With Braun Strowman now busy being the WWE Intercontinental Champion, we aren’t likely to see a rematch between the two giants. That said, there are many options for people for him to face. The biggest possible match would be against Brock Lesnar, who is slated to face Royal Rumble winner Drew McIntyre, making that unlikely. Roman Reigns is one of the biggest stars in wrestling, and he would also create a spectacle with the boxing icon. Another likely option comes in everyones favorite king, King Corbin.
What Would Make Corbin A Great Pick For Fury?
Being a fellow loudmouth with a background in boxing, Corbin would match up well with Fury. Corbin is a three-time Golden Gloves boxing champion, making him a deadly striker. While in a straight up boxing match, he would be pummeled by Fury, in a wrestling match he has the edge. Corbin is as crafty as they come, and his finishing move ‘End of Days’ has never been kicked out of. With a match in size, a boxing pedigree, and a way to put away Fury, we could see Corbin as the top contender to face Tyson Fury.
Should his feud with Roman Reigns ever end, the loud mouthed king could call out The Gypsy King to prove himself in the WWE ring. Fury won his encounter with Strowman, but only by count out. That fact would only give Corbin more ammunition against Fury. He should be able to goad Fury into a match at Wrestlemania, and the results would be a spectacle.
