WWE Monday Night Raw rolls on. AJ Styles and the rest of the OC make their way out, looking quite pissed. AJ says not once but twice, the Undertaker screwed him over. Not once but twice, the Undertaker took a moment from him. We see a recap of the AJ/Aleister match from last night. After the video, there’s a big chant of “Undertaker”. AJ says that three years ago at WrestleMania he saw the Undertaker get beat by Roman Reigns. After the match, Taker took off his gloves and hat and laid them nice and neat, before making his way up the ramp to the stage, holding his hand up like he was riding off into the sunset.
AJ says that personally he thinks he should’ve done that back when Brock Lesnar broke his streak but regardless! It was a beautiful, touching moment that Taker ruined by returning. Says whether it was for money or for ego, he doesn’t care, it’ll cost him at Mania. AJ says hey, fifteen years ago, he might’ve been a little hesitant to call him out. But he doesn’t see him as this mythical being any more.
He’s just a broken down old man named Mark Calloway.
AJ says he should’ve retired ten years ago in his prime, doesn’t know what keeps him coming back but figures that maybe it’s his wife… maybe it’s Michelle! Says if you didn’t know, he’s letting the cat out of the bag, Undertaker and Michelle McCool are married! Says she’s the most conniving person he’s ever met. AJ says he’ll give Taker some advice, he’s a good guy… warns Undertaker that his wife is going to run him into the ground and he’ll help him. He’s gonna make sure that he dies in that ring at WrestleMania! Reels that back, saying he’ll rephrase it, he’ll take the Undertaker’s soul at WrestleMania! He’s gonna do exactly what Taker’s wife wants him to do. He’s challenging him to a one-on-one match at Mania.
Says hey, what do you have to lose? Already lost your dignity, your pride, your mystique… like he said, he’s just a broken down old man. The reactions aren’t particularly loud here but AJ regardless says to boo all you want but these people, they don’t give a damn about Taker. That one does get some heat. Styles demand that Taker accept his challenge and fight him at Mania and he’ll literally put the nail in his coffin.
