Since her debut in NXT a few years back, Dana Brooke has been slowly improving. She always had the look and presence of a superstar, but lacked the in ring ability to put the pieces together. With some solid matches under her belt and the drive to succeed, Dana Brooke plans on becoming a champion in WWE soon.
Tag Team Champions With Lacey Evans
While speaking with The Pop Break podcast, she revealed that one dream of hers is to claim the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships with Lacey Evans.
“In my mind, I think Lacey Evans and I work great together. She always pushes me to the best of my abilities. When we can come together I feel like we’re a very dominant team. With that being said, I would love to go up for the tag team titles. And you know the Kabuki Warriors have the titles right now Asuka and I have quite the history as well. So I definitely have some unfinished business with her”
A tag team run for these two young stars would be the best option, as neither is quite at the level of a singles champion yet. There have been many cases in the men’s division where a tag team star would morph into a singles star, with Edge & Jeff Hardy as examples. It would be hard to imagine the same not happening in the future for the women of WWE.
Dana Brooke Will Continue Helping With WWE’s Charity Work
Considering she was a member of Titus Worldwide, it isn’t shocking that along with Titus O’Neil, Dana Brooke has become a key player in WWE’s various anti-bullying campaigns. “I feel like everyone in life someway or somehow may have been bullied – or may have been a bully. I always say kids are the future and if we can inspire them, the world will be a much better place.”
With such a clear passion for the work she has been involved in previously, there is no doubt that she will be involved with that for the duration of her new 5 year contract with WWE.
