WWE Monday Night Raw rages on following the Street Profits and Viking Raiders challenging Seth Rollins and his group to an eight-man tag team match!
The Street Profits & The Viking Raiders vs. Seth Rollins, Buddy Murphy & AOP
Montez Ford and Murphy start out, Ford surprises him with flips, Dawkins tags in and gets him with a big shoulderblock. Tags to Ivar and Akam, Ivar takes the quick advantage but eats a forearm, only to respond with an immediate big boot. Tag to Erik, knee to the stomach, Ivar whips him into a knee lift to the face from Erik! Ivar tags right back in, Akam takes him to the heel corner, Seth tags in. Stomps him into the corner, tries a whip but Ivar is too big so instead he gets him with a discus punch. Tag to Murphy, double whip works. But Ivar evades a charge, tag to Erik. Murphy is body slammed, Erik bodyslams Ivar onto Murphy for the big impact!
Murphy jawbreakers his way to a tag to Rezar. Ford tags in and hits several chops that are all no sold. Ducks a clothesline, thrust kick to the gut, kick to the chest, standing dropkick! Gets taken to the apron, Roundhouse Kick to the head, goes up top, flies at him but gets caught out of the air, Fallaway Slam! Tag to Murphy, Ford kicks him away, diving tag to Erik who mows through Murphy, big Exploder Suplex! Rezar rushes in, gets hit to the corner. Reversed whip, Erik with a Buisaku Knee! Suicide Dive attempted but Rezar catches him and just stands him up! They argue with each other until Murphy surprises Erik with a Meteora from the apron! Commercial break.
We come back to see Erik being worked over in the ring. Rollins dumps him from the ring, throws him into the barricade. And and then again! Erik finally reverses and sends Rollins crashing into the barricade instead! Erik rushes into the ring to try and get a tag, Murphy helps Seth back into the ring to grab him, preventing the tag. Isolation continues as AOP batter him. Send him flying into a Rising Knee. Rollins and Erik exchanging forearms. Seth holds him down with a front facelock. Fights his way to his feet, pushes Rollins away but he turns and nails Ivar with an enziguri.
Erik with an inverted hip toss into a knee lift to the face! Tag to Murphy, and there’s the hot tag to Ford! Springboard clothesline, series of dropkicks to everyone, DDT to Murphy aaaaand the hot tag is interrupted with a commercial break WWE what is your problem?! Yeah okay he keeps running wild in the inset, I actually can’t believe this, they’ve gone way too far, getting way too comfy with the inset stuff. How could we possibly live in a world where you go to commercial break in the middle of a hot tag, how could this even have been contemplated for the briefest of moments? What on Earth.
Anyway eventually Ford gets stopped and now he’s being worked over. Murphy with a snapmare, kick to the back. Ford worked over in the ropes, gets Seth with a crazy heymaker, kicks Murphy away over and over. Murphy eventually still gets him with a snapmare, kick to the back. Anyway we’re back now, leading to our NEXT hot tag. Seth is stomping at the hand of Ford now. Rollins holding him down with a chinlock. Murphy tags in and continues the chinlocking. Ford keeps fighting to his feet but gets taken down with a back suplex. Murphy poses to the other faces, turns around into a wicked superkick!
Ford dives, tag to Ivar. Shoulderblock sends Rollins flipping, side slam on Akam, crossbody, seated senton to Rezar, cartwheel lariat to Akam! Tag to Erik, want their big double team on Seth but Akam pulls Ivar to the floor. Seth with a superkick on Erik, into the Falcon Arrow but Ford breaks up the pin. Murphy flips him onto his feet for the enziguri, Akam spinebusters Ford but Dawkins spears him, Rezar with a back elbow, Erik with a charging knee to the face… Rollins wants the Stomp but Erik counters with a huge uranage! Tag to Ford who goes up top! From The Heavens nailed, Murphy breaks up the pin!
Dawkins sends Murphy to the apron, knockout shot sends him into the arms of AOP! Viking Raiders get all three of them with the Stereo Suicide Dive! But Rollins surprises Dawkins with a Springboard Knee! Ford kicks Rollins to the outside, points to the Mania sign, hits the ropes, tope takes out everybody except Rollins who slipped into the ring! As Ford slips back inside, Rollins gets him with a Stomp for the win!
Winners: Seth Rollins, Murphy & AOP
Some good points but this went on much longer than necessary for me. As Rollins celebrates, Owens takes him out of the ring and brawls with him. AOP attack, stunner to Akam, low bridge to Rezar, stunner to Murphy flips him beautifully, Seth gets him with the Stomp. And then a second one. He pulls Owens’ limp body just enough to hit a third.
