Jill the peacemaker
Nothing like someone trying to head off a feud before it gets started, and we’re kinda torn on this. Especially when we’re unsure who Jill Abbott (Jess Walton)’s extending an olive branch to, but we’re pretty sure it’s Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
While she can use the excuse of not thinking there’d be a problem with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) there when she leased the offices, that’s not going to fly. In fact, we expect her to take the approach that she believes they can work on their differences or just not interact.
More than that, CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers believe she may downplay it by claiming Billy won’t have time to get into trouble and ask Nick to trust her.
Sure, this is asking a lot from Nick, but given he’s finally realized he’s his father’s son, meaning he knows he’s a mini Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and a good soldier, he may be more receiving of this.
But there could be a catch in the form of “Disease” Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) if she overhears this, and we all know she will somehow. If she doesn’t Nick will be the consummate idiot and tell her, and shell let it slip to Billy somehow. That won’t start anything productive, but a good fight maybe.
Jack’s had enough of Theo and Kyle
This is something that’s been coming for a while, especially with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)’s repeated attempts to get the yipping puppies to behave. But as soon as he leaves the room, one yaps at the other, and the second one wets the floor.
Short of using a rolled up newspaper to smack Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)’s noses, he’ll come up with another game plan, and this could be risky if it’s what CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers think it is.
Since weekly highlights have show the two pups yapping over Kyle not liking Theo being around Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams), and taking them out back to turn the hose on them probably wouldn’t work, we think he’ll challenge them to work together. No, actually forcing them to would probably be the better way to put it.
With Dina nearing the finish line, we expect Jack to hand over his seat as co-CEO to Theo on a temporary basis. This will allow him to spend more time with Dina, and force the pups to take their medicine and cooperate or doom the company.
This is super risky on Jack’s part, but give everything that’s been happening, he’s probably squirreled away enough to live comfortably for a long time, so if they tear the office apart and wet on the carpet, he won’t have to clean it up. He may even join Jill since that wouldn’t be as stressful as the two ankle biters.
What do you think Jack will do to finally quiet them? Let us know below, and remember to check back with CBS The Young and the Restless Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
