WWE Monday Night Raw rolls on. Shayna Baszler on the stage is asked about what happened at the end of her match with Sarah Logan last week. Shayna doesn’t feel bad at all of course and says what she did was totally legal; she won the match. Sorta sad seeing Logan get destroyed in replays over and over after she’s been cut.
Shayna Baszler vs. Indi Hartwell
Shayna Baszler with a gutwrench suplex. Wants to stomp the arm like she did to Logan last week but Hartwell counters with a roll-up for a 1 count. Shayna is absolutely furious after that. Charges, Indi gets a boot up but Baszler just laughs it off. Pounds her into the corner, drives her to the mat and stomps the arm for the immediate ref stoppage.
Winner: Shayna Baszler
Shayna drags Indi out of the ring afterwards, and grabs a ladder! She smashes Indi into the steps before wrapping the ladder around Hartwell’s already injured arm! She charges and stomps the ladder and Hartwell is crying in pain afterwards!
Then, we see a tag team match, pitting Cedric Alexander and Ricochet against Shane Thorn and Brandon Vink.
Ricochet & Cedric Alexander vs. Brendan Vink & Shane Thorne
Ric with a roll-through dropkick, nailing a double team backbreaker. Cedric with a snap suplex to Thorne, Ricochet with a hilo! Ric gets taken to the apron, Vink clips the leg to take him to the floor! Vink tags in and pulls Ricochet into the ring. Vink goes for a huge Charging Avalanche but Ricochet escapes, makes the tag to Cedric! Alexander with a series of uppercuts and superkicks, Tornado DDT to Thorne and a tag to Ric at the same time! Standing Shooting Star Press, Vink has to break up the pin! Ricochet ducks a clothesline, Tilt-a-Whirl DDT to Vink! Tag back to Cedric, who gets Thorne with a WWE Headkick. Recoil into the Lumbar Check! And that is for sure that!
Winners: Ricochet & Cedric Alexander
It’s sad how much Ricochet and Cedric’s singles careers went downhill but it’s pretty great to see them together. Just very easy to watch them when they get going, it’s a treat really.
Backstage, the Kabuki Warriors start howling in Japanese. Kairi will be facing Nia Jax again tonight. Asuka claims that tonight Kairi is ready for a rematch and nobody is ready for Asuka. Elsewhere, Bobby Lashley stands with his arms crossed in front of a giant tire. Lana shows up sorta late to pat him on the back. Bobby says he’ll demonstrate how easily he can lift and flip that tire later on.
