WWE Monday Night Raw continues. Kevin Owens is here to start the Kevin Owens Show. Thanks Natalya for the redecorating. Says that at WrestleMania he got the moment he was looking for, but it came at a price as he was pretty banged up after his match with Rollins. But he’s all good now and the Kevin Owens Show is back, and even with a diminished set it’s a major edition as he’s hosting Zelina Vega, Andrade, Austin Theory and Angel Garza. They all make their way down and Andrade hoists his title up high. Kevin apologizes for the mess. Zelina says she knows why Kevin wanted her on the show, he wanted a bit of Jerry Springer right?
Says she’s sick of having people like Kevin and Drew look at her stable with a little bit of dysfunction and think they’re tearing apart. She puts over Andrade as a God among insects, Angel Garza as the lothario that breaks faces and hearts, and Austin Theory who at 22 years old is already this damn good. Says that they come from the streets and not everyone is ready for the streets, which is why people like them have sidewalks. She chastises Owens for not even sharing the ring with them – he’s standing out on the apron. Kevin says you could argue he’s actually giving them more respect by letting them have the ring but, he’s also seen from the past several months that when he’s all alone with a big group, it doesn’t work out for him.
But the most important reason he’s out on the apron is because he doesn’t want it getting too crowded in there, after all he has another guest. Says they might recognize him, it’s Apollo Crews! Apollo’s music hits and he rushes right out there making a beeline for Andrade! He pounds on him and Kevin Owens backs him up to make sure Theory and Garza don’t get to him, Crews tackles Andrade to the floor and keeps throwing hands! Had to know he’d be back and going after the United States Championship soon enough.
Aaaaand right as the fight is kicking up, we go to commercial break. WWE really, really likes doing this right now. I wonder if we’re about to come back to a tag team match in progress!
