WWE Monday Night Raw continues. Charlotte Flair, Natayla and Nia Jax will be facing off in a triple threat match to determine the next challenger for Asuka.
Charlotte Flair vs. Natalya vs. Nia Jax
Nia immediately takes control of the match, body slams Nattie, body slams Charlotte, body slams Nattie onto Charlotte. Wants a leg drop but they both avoid her and let her crash onto the mat. Double whip into the corner, posts her! Nia falls to the floor as Asuka cackles. Charlotte and Nattie chain wrestling now, side headlock reversed into a headscissor, they both stand and applaud one another. Natalya with a roll-up for 1, Charlotte kicks her in the head. Mocks her with a raise of her arms, Natalya takes her to the apron and Nia Jax yanks her to the floor! Now she’s clearing off the broadcast table as Asuka yells.
Nia attacks Charlotte, baseball slide from Nattie blocked. Nia yanks her to the floor by the head as Charlotte drives the hood of the announce desk into her midsection! Tug-of-war ensues with the lid and of course Nia wins and sends Charlotte into the apron. Charlotte goes up to the apron, Nia pursues, they’re battling it out with forearms now. Charlotte wins out with knife edge chops! Big boot blocked though, Nia hoisting her up but Charlotte holding onto the ropes to block. Natalya grabs Nia’s leg, allowing Charlotte to escape to the floor. Charlotte and Nattie grab her, take her over to the table and double powerbomb her right through it! Commercial break.
We come back to see Charlotte and Natayla grappling in the ring as Nia Jax is catatonic in the wreckage of the table on the outside. Asuka actually throws Nia into the ring though, she does want to face Nia. Jax tries a tilt-a-whirl slam on Natalya, but Nattie counters into a cross-armbreaker! But Nia hoists her up, Backlund Bomb! Charlotte with a charging kick to the shoulder blades of Nia, covers Natayla – nearfall! Dumps Natayla to the floor, knee drop to the back of Nia’s head. Charlotte going up top. Moonsault! Nearfall. Flair going after the legs now, but Natalya surprises her with a crossbody off the top! Delay on the cover, eventually gets a nearfall. Jax with a series of clotheslines! Whips Natalya into Charlotte in the corner, sandwiches them both with a clothesline! They double team her to fight back. Charlotte with a knee drop on the singled out leg! Hooks her for a figure four leglock… transitioning into the Figure Eight! But Natalya breaks it up with a dropkick!
Double leg on Charlotte! Going for the Sharpshooter! And it’s cinched in! Pulls her to the center to avoid a ropebreak! Charlotte is fighting, until Nia pulls Natalya off of her! Hoists her up onto her shoulders, Natalya escapes behind her but Nia rams through her. Wants the Samoan Drop but a big boot from Charlotte breaks that up, Charlotte covers Nia but Nattie breaks it up! Charlotte deposits Natalya. Charlotte with a kick to the face of Nia. Flair goes up top, Jax blocks it and goes up to the second rope! Hooks her for a superplex but Natalya gets underneath her – Tower Spot ensues! Natayla covers Nia for a nearfall, then Flair for a nearfall.
Nattie rolls Charlotte out of the ring and then tries the Sharpshooter on Nia, but Flair right back in, rolls her up for a 2 count, then cinches in the Figure Four! But Jax stops that with a legdrop! Jax pulls Natalya off the mat for a Samoan Drop and there’s the match.
Winner: Nia Jax
Rather telegraphed who would win that one but that’s fine.
