Being able to call your shot at the WWE Champion is a powerful thing indeed. If you combined that with the deadly, nearly unbeatable Aleister Black and even a champion like Drew McIntyre would have something to fear. This could be reality, as Black would qualify after beating Austin Theory. Will anyone be able to stop Aleister Black as he climbs the corporate ladder?
Black Mass Has Been Proven To Put Anyones Lights Out
Much like Lacey Evans in the women’s portion of Money In The Bank, Aleister Black has a deadly finisher which can knock someone out in a flash. Many have fallen victim to Black Mass, including names like Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles, Erick Rowan, and Buddy Murphy. The lightning fast spin kick is one of the most protected finishers in WWE, with it being an instant victory once Black is able to hit it. During the chaos of the climb through WWE HQ, Black will likely find some chances to eliminate his competition with this kick.
Aleister Black Has Been Pushed Hard As A Future WWE Champion By WWE
While Drew McIntyre currently holds the top spot on Monday Night RAW, WWE is building up a new generation of stars. One of these names is Aleister Black, and his win/loss record shows just how hard he has been pushed. Since leaving NXT in early 2019, Aleister Black has only lost one singles match. He has been on the losing end of tag team matches, but he never takes the fall. Only AJ Styles has pinned Aleister Black, and that was after Black faced Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows, and was beaten down before facing Styles. His only other loss in 2020 was when he failed to win the Royal Rumble. Black is one of the most protected stars in all of WWE, and his future as WWE Champion is all but ensured.
Taking into account his instant kill of a finisher, his obvious push from WWE, and his overall popularity, Aleister Black is a strong choice to win Money In The Bank this year. Could you see Black carrying around the briefcase? Would he do a typical surprise cash in, or call his shot like Rob Van Dam and John Cena?
