Who Will Win Money In The Bank: Carmella

In in the women’s Money In The Bank match this year, there is only one person who knows what it feels like to win a prize of this kind, and she did it twice. This is Carmella, who technically won the first two Money In The Bank matches for the women of WWE in 2017. The first came at the Money In The Bank PPV, where she won with an assist from James Ellsworth, and they pulled the same stunt the next week on Smackdown where she won again. This ended up with her first and currently only reign as Womens’s Champion, when she would beat Charlotte Flair. Now after beating Mandy Rose on the April 25th edition of Smackdown Live, Carmella has another chance to repeat that success. Can she do it herself this time?

Carmella Is A Star On The Rise

Over the past few years in WWE, they have been building up their women’s division. The main names being built up have been people like Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks, Bayley and other top workers. Despite this, Carmella has consistently shown that when given the chance she can impress just as much in the ring. Add in her popularity following a partnership with R-Truth, and she could be looking into another chance to prove herself as Smackdown Women’s Champion.

Potential For Tricks Up Her Sleeve

As shown by her past, Carmella is not afraid to take shortcuts or use others to help her win matches. While she no longer has the ever obident James Ellsworth, she could call upon R-Truth to help her get the edge in this match. They were seperated in the WWE Draft, but with Money In The Bank being a crossbranded show, it isn’t out of the realm of possiblity that they will reunite on this night.

A Fitting Person To Take Down Bayley

For the past 207 days, Bayley has held an iron-grip on the Smackdown Women’s Champion. She has taken down everyone, including Carmella in this time, often using underhanded tactics. With them being former best friends during their time in NXT, which was recently acknowledged on Smackdown. While many feel it will be Sasha to take her down, it could be another person who once called Bayley a friend, and with underhanded tactics like a suprise cash in making it all the sweeter.

Will Carmella become a three time winner of Money In The Bank? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
