Bobby Lashley Asks Lana For A Divorce

WWE Monday Night Raw continues. MVP and Bobby Lashley are talking backstage when they’re approached by an interviewer and they’re furious at this as they were in the middle of a strategic meeting for their tag match against R-Truth – who they call a clown again – and Drew McIntyre. She tries to also ask about Lana’s involvement in Lashley’s loss the night before and they skirt by this with MVP merely saying he lost due to forces outside of their control. They will address that in a segment up next.

And indeed out come MVP and Lashley to the ring. Montel says we’ll cut to the chase. Last night at Backlash after 13 years, this man, the once-in-a-lifetime athlete who should be your WWE Champion had his life ruined. And Drew McIntyre had the unmitigated gall to capitalize on that. Says Lana is always thirsting for attention and last night she quenched that thirst by coming back to ringside. And it cost Lashley the match. Says that if McIntyre had any integrity whatsoever, he would’ve given Lashley a rematch right on the spot. Instead he hides behind another man’s wife.

Of course Lana makes her way out. She says she wants to make one thing perfectly clear, it was MVP’s stupid idea to banish her from ringside. She wants them to know that she would never try to hurt Lashley, he’s her husband and she loves him. She even got a divorce for him. She somehow tries to claim that they were on a hot streak and that MVP is the problem, that’s hilariously wrong with what’s actually happened. MVP correctly states that everything turned around when he paired up with Lashley and she screwed him over, Lashley was nowhere near the WWE title before he came around. Also he calls Lana a thot.

Lashley then finally speaks up himself and backs up MVP’s side. He claims Lana has just been trying to use him, exploiting their sex life on social media to try and make herself a star and also points out that she herself has not laced up the boots in months she can’t exactly claim to be on any sort of hot streak. Lana argues that if this were true she would’ve had sex with a bigger star, in hindsight it would’ve been Drew McIntyre. Lashley responds by asking her for a divorce. This leaves her stunned and MVP and Lashley leave.

I’m a hardcore wrestling fan, by which I mean I’m a hardcore fan of wrestling... but I also have nothing against hardcore wrestling! I’ve been watching since 2006, back when I was 12 years old. In that time I’ve fervently followed WWE, TNA, ROH, Lucha Underground and others. Today I’m most passionate about NXT, New Japan and especially AEW! You could call me a modern wrestling savant but I know my old school stuff as well... I’ll be your huckleberry all night long.
