A lot of people have mentioned that the NXT roster don’t do as well in RAW or Smackdown. Even some of them like Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa mention that they never wanted to change rosters. Even though it will most likely happen someday. There are a lot of members of the rosters that would benefit massively from going to or back to the NXT roster.
1.Ruby Riot
The Is a member of the roster has never hit hear mark. That’s not Ruby Riot’s fault though as she was one of the best women in the Indies before she joined WWE. Even though the Riot Squad was a thing that had her, Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan. They didn’t actually make much of an impact in the roster when they were together. After they split up, we didn’t really see much of Ruby Riot. Even though we did get a small Liv Morgan feud lately and now she’s in a tag team with Bianca Belair. Although that is rumoured not to last very long. It really doesn’t look like it’s going to get any better for her anytime soon. Putting her in the NXT roster could be very beneficial for her, a very fresh feel and giving her a worthwhile feud that she really deserves.
2.John Morrison
Before going back to WWE. John Morrison was known as one of the best members of the roster anywhere he went. Now he’s in the very overused tag team with the Miz. His singles run on WWE hasn’t started yet and looking at his current run in WWE, he’s already been buried. This could be saved though, if he went to the NXT roster. With him able to have some amazing matches within the roster. Also giving him the chance to have a proper singles run without the Miz as now it’s really not needed.
3.Alister Black
Even though it kind of feels like Alister Black will actually get his push and some point. I’m kind of just waiting for Brock Lesnar to come back and ruin it for every possible push. Alister Black always seems very close to the main event picture. Feuding with Seth Rollins and others. If he’s pushed right, he could easily main event a PPV with Drew McIntyre. Although it can’t be said enough, how amazing he was in NXT and we haven’t seen that in RAW or Smackdown yet.
4.BOBBY Roode
Does it even need to be explained why Bobby Rhoode would benefit from going back to NXT. One of the best wrestlers in NXT, he basically got the EC3 treatment with him never getting matches. Although he was used as a sidekick type character a lot of the time which never led to anything and never really got a memorable moment in Smackdown or Raw yet. The NXT roster has changed a lot since Bobby Roode was there meaning it would give a lot of new matches. We would also get to see those amazing entrances once again.
5.Ricochet
At one point, Ricochet was getting a lot of attention and used pretty well. Then suddenly, he’s gone with no reason why. He is one of the best high flyers in the roster and already has some amazing matches under his belt. Ricochet should have really already been in a championship spot with his amazing abilities. At the moment, he could be put into a feud with AJ Style and it would be great. In NXT, he didn’t win the NXt championship, him going back there and going up against the current NXT roster would be great and we can actually see him in a match.
