CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers here with some more spoilery fun, and things are looking interesting.
It’s safe to say business is about to pick up in Genoa City, and CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers can’t wait to tear into it.
If we could just get more than one episode a day…
Anyway, it’s going to be interesting when Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) tells Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) the truth about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
And not to be outdone, there’s romance in the air, but it may be one-sided as Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) gets mixed messages from Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan).
Let’s get things rolling, shall we?
Chelsea has been the driving force behind Adam throughout his recent endeavor to prove himself to Victor, and she’s not about to let him lose out to a lie.
For that reason, she’s going to approach Victor to challenge him about what he told Adam.
CBS “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers think Victor will stand by what he told Adam for a couple of reasons.
One being it could be true, and the other is it’s the truth that he needs.
Let’s be honest. Victor is no saint and he’s done some questionable things to rise from the rubble to build his empire, so is murder really something he wouldn’t have done at some point?
To that end, admitting that Adam killed his own step-father is the truth he needs to prove he’s still in charge.
Remember when he told Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that Adam was nowhere close to being as ruthless as he is?
This would play into that, but he’ll swear he has evidence or a witness that can corroborate his story.
Will it hold up, or will his truth fall apart?
Amanda mixes up Nate
Amanda is one of those special people that are easy to fall for. She’s beautiful, charismatic, intelligent, and kind.
She’s also very friendly and gracious when it comes to giving compliments around someone she trusts, and this could be part of the problem.
We expect her to explain to Nate how she met someone that really helped her, someone that’s special to her for that reason.
Naturally, if she’s saying this to Nate, he’ll assume she means him.
Any other day, she would, but this time we feel she’ll be talking about someone else, and Nate will read too deep into it, and he may be hurt when what he’s envisioning doesn’t happen.
What are your thoughts? Who is Victor’s witness, and will Amanda and Nate work things through?
